pssst!

Heyy I just wanted to let you know...well if you've been watching my videos, I have been having quite a hard time with free-hip to handstand. We decided to take a few privates with a different coach. This time I had a private with Mr. Don. I think that he really helped me. We did this drill where he puts a mat laying against the high bar. I would put my feet on the mat and do free hip. This helps you with keeping your shoulders back when you go for free-hip. I was actually hitting a handstand and staying real tight. Below there's a video of the drill I was doing, to help explain it a little better.
